Bond House is a mixed-use residential development combining homes, artist studios and community-facing workspaces. I created a brand identity that reflects its cultural ambition and connects it to the local creative industry, positioning it as an active cultural environment.

I commissioned local artist Blandine Bardeau to create a series of artworks. These formed a distinctive visual layer within the identity and marketing campaign, embedding authentic artistic authorship.

The identity was rolled out across multiple touchpoints, creating a coherent, credible and distinctive presence that strengthened its appeal to both residents and stakeholders, as well as the surrounding neighbourhood.
