How do you encourage businesses to relocate their offices to Reading?
I created the ‘Green Pig at Green Park’ campaign to reframe relocation as an opportunity, using a green piggy bank as a metaphor for cost savings. The concept and design was rolled out across advertising, website, direct mail and on-site signage.
The campaign was highly distinctive with enormous stand-out in a very competitive and ‘samey’ office-space letting market. It was featured in the property marketing press, and contributed to a significant increase in interest for the spaces at Green Park.
